Team Truth is a group of young people who is passionate about their relationship with Jesus Christ. Team Truth is filled with young people who are seeking after God and His presence. The youth is a tight knit group of young people with a purpose. The typical youth church service begins with prayer followed by the presentation of God’s Word. Team Truth’s worship service begins at 7:30 each Wednesday night. Team Truth enjoys monthly activities as well as fun trips throughout the year. (see pics) The youth are very active within the church, serving in various roles in vacation Bible school, children's church and have produced dramas for the community. The youth choir, led by Vanessa Miles, is a vital part of the music ministry at Truth Temple. Pastor Mark and Vanessa are continuously encouraged by the passion and purpose within the youth and they are excited to see God at work.
Below is the mission statement of the youth ministry, which God gave to Pastor Mark and Vanessa over 10 years ago and it is something they continue to strive for within the ministry.
Mission Statement: Dramatically transforming young people through the discipleship of God’s word and prayer, thus producing soldiers of Christ. Creating a vision of truth and equipping the future generation to fulfill the call of God on their lives.
